What are your delivery charges?
Delivery to the UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Remote Areas) is free for orders over £100

The delivery charge for other orders is based on the total weight and delivery address of your order.

To check the actual delivery charge of any order is simple:-

  1. add all the items you require to the shopping cart, make any adjustments to the quantities and click on update order
  2. enter your postcode in the delivery estimator and click on update order

The shopping cart will then calculate the delivery charge for your order and may show one or more delivery methods for you to choose from.

You can add, remove and change the quantity of anything in the shopping cart as required. You are not obligated to buy anything unless you choose to complete the checkout procedure and enter your payment details.

Where do you deliver to?
We only deliver to UK addresses. Since Brexit, the maximum order value for orders to Northern Ireland is £135.00

Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, prices shown include VAT, unless stated differently.

How do I get a VAT invoice?
A VAT invoice is attached to the order confirmation email that is automatically sent to you when you place your order, if you can't see the email in your inbox please check your spam folder. If you have created a user account on our website invoices can also be downloaded at any time by logging in to your account.

Can we collect our order from your premises?
No, we are an internet-based business and do not have any shop premises or facilities for personal callers.

When will you despatch our order and how long will delivery take after despatch?

Do you have a minimum order value?
No, you can order just what you want.

How do you despatch the order?
This depends on the weight and delivery destination. Most orders are sent by a commercial carrier such as UPS, Parcel Force, etc. Some smaller orders may be sent by Royal Mail. We use a signed-for service in most cases so please make sure someone will be available to sign for it.

Can you deliver to a different address?
Yes, when going through checkout you have the opportunity to specify a different delivery address. Please note our carriers cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address.

Can we specify a day and or time that our order will be delivered?
Unfortunately, not, all orders are processed in the order we receive them. The actual date of despatch is subject to stock availability and workload. Delivery is usually the next working day after despatch but is not guaranteed, all of which means we cannot be sure exactly when delivery will take place. To help our customers who are not home all day there is the option to specify an alternative delivery address during checkout, e.g. a friend, neighbour, relative or place of work.

Do you offer an express service?
Sorry no, all orders are dealt with in the order they are received. Please don't email us asking if your order can be pushed ahead of other orders as we don't like having to say no, but we won't do it as it would be unfair to our many customers who allow adequate time to receive their order.

Can we place an order by email, post, telephone or fax?
Sorry no, we are an internet-based business and all orders must be placed on our website.

Can we contact you by telephone?
As a purely internet-based business and to keep our prices as competitive as possible we do not have a staffed sales office and therefore are unable to provide telephone support. All enquiries are dealt with by email. We find this far more efficient and provides a written record of any information we have provided you with. Please use our contact form or send us an email with the details of your enquiry and we will get back to you promptly.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Bulk discounts are shown on all products where available.

Will your paper/card work in my printer?
In short, we don't know. We sell paper and card to many people for use with many different printing methods. Including Litho, Letterpress, Screen, Hot Foil, Laser & Inkjet (not all materials are suitable for all printing methods). We have no way of knowing the intended final use for the material. We assume that the buyer knows what their equipment is capable of. We always recommend trying a small order first if there is any uncertainty that the material is suitable for its intended use.

Do you produce a printed catalogue?
We do not produce a catalogue as our range is constantly growing and a printed catalogue would be out of date almost as soon as it was printed. You can view and order our full range of products on our website.

What payment methods do you accept?
Our website accepts most major credit and debit cards.

Are you VAT registered?
Yes, our V.A.T. registration number is 144 7472 03
