The product is excellent ,however, who in their right minds decided that the package needed to be signed for? totally unnecessary.

Response:

Items that are too large to go through a standard letterbox always require a signature. In our experience the Royal Mail tend to leave larger items anywhere resulting in more damaged and lost orders.
